However, if one of our products will be subject to a complaint, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately in order to coordinate the further procedure.

Thanks to their type plate, all our devices are clearly identifiable. If you want to notice a defect to a unit, please note in advance the following information indicated on the unit or send us a photo of the type plate:

  2. Item number
  3. Project number
  4. Unit number
