Erzeuger-Information
Für Verpackungseinheiten, mit denen wir unsere ausgehende Ware für den Transportweg zu unseren Kunden verpacken, sind wir Erzeuger gem. Art. 3, Absatz 13 PPWR – und damit auch zur Identitätskennzeichnung verpflichtet.
Hier nennen wir die nach Art. 15 PPWR geforderten Erzeuger-Informationen, sofern sie nicht verpackungsindividuell auf der Verpackungseinheit selbst aufgedruckt sind. Sollte der Erzeuger der Verpackung einer unserer Vorlieferanten sein, so haben wir überprüft, dass die erforderliche Konformitätserklärung vorliegt.

For packaging units used to pack our outgoing goods for transport to our customers, we are the producer within the meaning of Article 3(13) of the PPWR – and are therefore also obliged to provide producer identification marking.
Here we provide the producer information required under Article 15 of the PPWR, unless it is printed on the packaging unit itself. Should the producer of the packaging be one of our suppliers, we have verified that the required declaration of conformity is in place.
