Spare parts

Our spare part service will be pleased to support you in the replacement of defective or wear parts, with the result that your system will work again perfectly. Thanks to their type plate, all our devices are clearly identifiable. If you want to order a spare part for one of our units, please note in advance the following information indicated on the unit or send us a photo of the type plate.

It allows us to qickly connect your inquiry with the internal project and to ensure a provision of spare parts on time.

 

Warranty

The primary objective of our quality policy is to preserve the confidence and the satisfaction of our customers. Our quality management system is certified according to the guidelines of the DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 standard.
 
However, if one of our products will be subject to a complaint, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately in order to coordinate the further procedure.
